High Risk Pregnancy 10w3d
So yesterday we had our first official ultrasound because we were marked as a high risk pregnancy due to chronic hypertension since becoming pregnant (high 140s over high 80s when my non pregnant baseline is never more than 120 over 80). Baby is a little on the small side, but due date is still the same. Took a trip to the ED for minor bleeding (had been having cramps frequently for two weeks but not one sided and absolutely no bleeding) at 8w3d where ectopic was ruled out and baby’s heart rate was 141. Today the baby was tachycardic at 182 bpm and my blood pressure was 107 over 73 which is a big difference for both. Anybody have any experience with fetal tachycardia and/or major maternal blood pressure changes?
