I need advice!!

My man just came inside me.. I have PCOS so I am extremely irregular. I do use this app to track my cycle and it tells me my fertile days .. I had clear cm today but glow says I am not ovulating. Do you think I am safe or is there a chance if becoming pregnant. (we would be happy if we were just not actually trying yet)
