Pacifier problems

Ok we’ve got a problem. My son basically needs to either nurse or suck to fall asleep. This wouldn’t be an issue except he suddenly won’t take his binky. he just spits it out and cries until I let him suck on my finger. From birth until 3 months he LOVED his binky (we were using the nuk 0-3 month ones) he’s 4 months old now and he decided he doesnt like them anymore so I bought the nuk 0-6 months. Nope still nothing. The tommi tippe ones. Nope. Teethers. Nope. He only wants my finger!!! I don’t know what to do! It’s not practical for me to stick my finger in his mouth! That’s not clean and I can’t wash my hands every time he needs to be soothed or go to sleep. Does anyone have any suggestions??? I’m willing to try anything honestly.
