Introducing bread
How and when did you introduce bread to your LO? We're doing purées so I'm a little nervous about giving her bread, but I know wheat is a common allergen so I'd like to introduce it asap.
Also, did you use white bread? Wheat? I read that whole wheat can be hard on their tummies. 🤷🏻♀️
