This is my 2nd pregnacy . My DS is 2 years old. Everything went well untill 6 weeks pregy i been nauseaus sleeping too much i get dizzy im always always tired and i cant walk one block bc i get dizzy and tired i been in bed all this time i also had brown discharge but i went to the ER and everything was fine im just curious my DH has history and my family skips jeneration my gma had twins and her sister too idk what to expect im scare i always have ausea and i dont eat like before . Even thoughevery pregnacy is deferent i feel weird that i have all this fagitude , and also i have a bump even though i dont eat much bc i have no appetite
