Ok so I have a 3.5 month old. We live like 100 yards from my husbands parents. I asked that they call before just showing up for many reasons- I’m breast feeding so I’m in nothing but a bra A LOT. Sometimes I’m getting baby ready for a nap or he’s already napping. And I honestly just think people should call before showing up at peoples houses. They refuse to call. His mom claims it’s bc my cell phone is long distance for them but his dad has made it very clear that he doesn’t like that I ask that they call. He has shown up multiple times without calling. One time I didn’t hear him knock (I guess I was in my room with the white noise machine on laying baby down for a nap). He told my sister in law and she literally called my husband to tell on me. And other times my husband has been here so he just lets him in. Well today he showed up without calling and I was in my bra and panties feeding my baby so I didn’t open the door. I guess I’m just needing to rant bc no amount of advice is going to help with this bunch. Doesn’t matter how much I ask them to call, and my husband refuses to say anything to his dad. That’s not even including how crazy they act around my baby and the way they basically try to pry him out of my arms. I need away from these people 😩😩😩
