Lining at 5.5 waiting for FET...Any advice?

Hi Ladies! I was supposed to have my FET on April 30th but as of yesterday my lining is only 5.5mm so it’s postponed until it’s at least 6mm. Anyone in a similar situation? My doctor put me on another estradiol patch (I’m wearing four right now) and said if it’s not thicker by Friday he will give me suppositories. 6mm seems just too thin, any advice on thickening lining? What is everyone else at?

Did he say if the stripes were good? Was it trilaminar? I’ve had two cancelled FETs bc of thin lining so I feel for you...
Studies done have said ideal is >7mm (some say 8) but the look of the lining and if it is trilaminar is more important than depth. 
I’ve tried everything under the sun- acupuncture, l-arginine, beets, Pom juice, cold laser therapy, vitamin e, raspberry leaf tea, castor oil packs, licorice, increasing exercise, etc...haven’t had any luck with the wives tales.
I have never done patches but first time I was on oral and suppositories and second time I was on estrogen injections. This time will be on estrogen injections again, estrogen suppositories, and viagra suppositories with a goal of 6.5mm
The real thing is that they don’t know much about thin lining bc no one who gets pregnant normally has their lining checked before implantation so while it needs to have some thickness, if you pull out a ruler- the difference between 6mm and 7mm is so small and studies have shown that it doesn’t impact pregnancy outcomes (if you do get pregnant, not significant difference in live births) but that being said, IVF/FET is expensive, some woman have limited embryo supply so they are cautious and try to get best uterine environment to maximize success.
Good luck! I hope your lining continues to grow! What day did they check you in? (How long have you been on estrogen?)...both times for me they prolonged me and upped my dosages and when I came back I didn’t have any growth and my lining wasn’t as pretty trilaminar anymore bc it had gotten old bc lining is only good for so long (think regular period happens every four weeks bc you shed your lining, it’s not built to be maintained for too long)
