Hematoma in pregnancy.

Im 17w3d with my 3rd baby i never had any complications with the previous 2. This time i knew i was pregnant right away and have had every single symptom since day 1 (literally). We found out i had a SCH at about 8 or 9 weeks and it has grown a tiny bit but my concern is i am always crampy and 'sore' i have grown significantly in my waist area (size 5 to size 10 in pants) so i know growing pains is some of it. Has anyone else dealt with SCH And may have hints on idea foods or things to do to help resolve the hematoma. I had one episode of bleeding at 8weeks n none since then. We are welcoming our 2nd baby boy come sept 29th :)
