When do pregnancy symptoms show up?

My husband and I started, finally, to TRY for a family. And all week my lower back has hurt so bad! And I’ve been cramping some also. My period isn’t supposed to start until next week. But my emotions have been off (i.e. easily irritable, wanting to cry, feeling nauseous!) 
Am I pregnant?
I haven’t taken a test yet, because I figured it would be too early to tell!

The thing with early pregnancy symptoms is they’re the same as pms due to progesterone rising after ovulation. It’s impossible to distinguish between the two

My first symptoms of me being pregnant was nonperiod then the baby kicking and the next one was labor. Some people never get the pregnancy symptoms...i was never tired, cranky, hormonal, sick, puffy, emotional, had cravings or anything you hear about with pregnancy. So you might have symptoms but you might not. Every woman's experience varies so much. If you aren't sure just take a test.

Forgot to say pregnancy symptoms can only happen after implantation which usually means around the time you expect your period

Also sorry to tell you that most  women who start trying to conceive suddenly have symptoms and swear they are pregnant come to find out their just now becoming more attuned to their body and the symptoms are from pms or placebo effect of wanting to be pregnant. This is why its so important to have hope but not put so much pressure on yourself to conceive. Good luck I hope you do get you bfp though!!
