Husband & his vitamins

I bought a bottle of mens vitamins a while ago I didn't pay attention if he was taking it. So last night I asked him why you not taking your vitamins. He said something weird, he said everytime he takes them he has bad thoughts even suicidal he can't concentrate on his job and his mind is somewhere else . I'm in shock I don't have any ideas to help him. Any of you have testimonies comments or profesional help that can guide me. TIA
