Pregnant or not?

Hey guys so i took a digital first response test on sunday and it was Positive (YES+) But Than Yesterday I Took Another One (manual) and there was Only 1 pink Line! Im so confused on what to think! Im on my honeymoon right now so im going crazy. I have another digital test with me but i was gonna wait to take that one maybe on friday! What do you ladies think l? am i pregnant or not could it be a false YES? PLEASE HELP ME FROM GOING CRAZY. I know i posted this in another group but i wanted to see if i could get more insight somewhere else 💜💜 Thank You Ladies
