Fast hearbeat ??

So I’m 6 weeks pregnant and whenever I wake up from a nap my heart beat is super fast. Is that normal or should I be worried

I’m 29 weeks now but I remember that happening to me all the time - I would even feel my heartbeat in my ear when I woke up. I was worried that it was a sign of high blood pressure but I kept asking my doctor to check it out and she would always assure me that everything was fine...and it has been. Ever since I became pregnant I annoyingly became a very light sleeper so I never actually have a deep sleep anymore and that has something to do with the faster heart rate too. Keep an eye on it and let your doctor know but everything could be ok too!! Good luck! ☺️

Happens to me when I wake up from a nap.. it’s scary like I feel it’s gonna explode it goes so fast..  I was also thinking maybe my blood pressure I have an appt on Wednesday I will deff ask my Ob
