My boobs hurt so bad...

It's only been 3-4 weeks since my fertile week when my partner and I were ttc. My period is late. But it's always funky. But my boobs have been hurts to bad since my period was supposed to start. Can this be a symptoms or when is the earliest that the pain in the boobs can start.? I have other symptoms like sense of smell and neasea. Should I go to the doctors?
