Swallowing infected semen?

Okay so this is extremely embarrassing and probably a stupid question, but a couple days ago I gave oral to a friend of mine when we were drunk and swallowed his semen. That's all we did. He texted me today saying he had just tested positive for chlamydia and thought I should know. Could this be harmful to me?? Could the infection survive inside me? Sorry again for the weird question I'm just kinda paranoid now.
