One week after getting my very first depo shot

It’s been exactly a week since I took my first depo shot. I get a creamy vaginal discharge, backache here and then and I get hungry all the time. My emotions are all over the place. I’ve had bad days, but this is the lowest of the low. I don’t talk to my boyfriend as much as I used to. I can’t find the energy for it. I’ve been crying for 4 days straight now. I fell asleep crying last night and woke up crying, thinking why did I have to wake up. My eyes are swollen and my head aches. I suffer from mild depression before going on depo, but I wasn’t warn that this would trigger my depression even more.

Any advice?
