Do I need to make a sacrifice to the gods or something??

I’ve tried swaddling, shushing, rocking, white noise, music, feeding, the swing, patting her/rubbing on the back, pacifier, no pacifier. I’ve tried letting her sleep when she wants, and I’ve tried keeping her awake to wear her out. I feel like I’ve tried everything and this kid fights sleep like her damn life depends on it.

Seriously, kid, you’re not going to miss much if you just let yourself sleep for an hour or two. I promise. Nothing in the world is this exciting. One day you’re going to realize how beautiful sleep is and I’m going to remind you of these first 7 weeks of your life.
