Please help I’m scared 😭

I’m 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I’m getting right sided abdominal cramps that come and go. Like sharpe stabbing pains about every 30 seconds. I’ve heard that cramping is normal but I’m also worried about an ectopic. My doctors is closed, is it worth going to the emergency hospital or will I be wasting their time? I haven’t even seen a midwife yet. Thanks ladies
