First period after miscarriage

I am in so much pain.... I had emergency surgery a week ago for a 5mm kidney stone.... this upcoming Monday I have another procedure to have the stint removed, I am still in a great deal of pain from that and today I got my period.... my first one since my miscarriage back in March........ while I am thankful I am back in cycle and can start trying for our 🌈 baby...... I am just in pain..... can anyone tell me how bad their period was after miscarriage
