Is it okay to speak up to your manager if she/he talks in a way that he or she knows everything about everything and makes you feel like what’s the point of speaking up if everything you say is shot down.....?
.... even more so if that manager is younger then you and is belittling...? What’s the right way to deal with this...? What would you do...?
