What should I do?

I recently found out that a woman has my Instagram account linked to her Facebook business page. She and I have the same name, so I understand it could just be an easy mistake. I sent her a message on Facebook last week letting her know that my account is the one linked. She has not opened my message yet and hasn't even posted on her business page this month at all. I want it off there ASAP because I have been getting random follow requests on IG for years, I'm assuming this is why. I don't want to report it to Facebook and she somehow get in trouble, because like I said, it was most likely an accident.
