Stuck between guys

I’m 14 and I’ve been talking to “B” for two years now. Over the years I have gained another guy, guy “J”. Guy J has been talking to me for a year. He is super nice to me, makes me laugh, when he does something to make me laugh he’ll always look to see if I laughed, he bought me my favorite food, and we joke about how each other is terrible at basketball because we both are really good. But there was one game where I cried for the rest of the night after it because I thought I disappointed my coaches. So when I told him abt it because we tell each other a lot he took it serious and reassured me that I was a great player and no one should make me feel different. But he dated my “ friend” for awhile. This friend and I are kinda growing apart but I still don’t wanna break girl code. Guy B is really funny and is sometimes nice to me, he said I was the prettiest girl he had ever seen in his life, and he even talks abt me to his mom, also he’s the football star that’s musclier and just hot in general. But he hangs out with my ex friends that back stabbed me and he accidentally called me one of their names one time and it really hurt. But I have this trainer and when I talk about how cute the trainer is he gets really mad abt it and even yelled out in class we get it you want your trainer to wrap his arms around his waist and just looked mad so I’m just stuck on who to go with. Any input is appreciated!
