Confused!!

Ok guys I need some advise. I have 2 boys and both of them was a surprise so this is my first time I’m planning a pregnancy. Ok so I haven’t been doing bbt as for I’m trying to keep this as stress free as possible but I have been using a period tracker and a ovulation tracker. period tracker put ovulation on the 19th ovulation tracker put ovulation on the 20th. I had stringy CM the 20-22 and had sex on all three days on the 24th I had cramping but mainly on the right side which someone has told me that means I was ovulating. Yesterday the cramping continued and was feeling nauseous and my lower back ache. Today I still have some cramping but my lower back at pelvis is still sore along with sensitive boobs.... so I’m confused to what’s going on and when my ovulation date really was... today’s cm is milky white and thin and not a lot of it. Any advice or input is greatly appreciated.
