What questions to ask fertility doc?

What questions did you wish you asked the fertility doctor at your first appointment?  
I have mine in two weeks and I’m nervous but also excited to start getting help.

I am going on Monday too, I will just tell him I want a baby ASAP what can you do for me 😅

Go prepared with what you have done and for how long. Bring any tracking or tracking apps you use to provide as much information to the dr as possible.  I was able to bring a years worth of my cycles, ovulation and days we had intercourse. It will give the dr insight on your cycle length and “estimated” cycle day you ovulate. 
I was sent home with 3 recs for bloodwork to be drawn on certain days of my cycle and booked a follow up appt for a months later to go through results. 
The dr will have more questions for you the first appt. they are essentially trying to put together a puzzle and need to find all the pieces.

What's the timescale of everything! What are all of the different options? Any vitamins and supplements etc that could be helpful?
