26 weeks today movement?

Hello I’m 26 weeks today and last couple days movement has been limited, and now I’m questioning the times I’ve felt something if it was actually baby moving... anyone else experience change in movement?

Before 28 weeks that can be normal.ive gone days without movements.

Baby doesn’t move regularly until about 28 weeks. I get worried too though. What makes my girl move is usually drinking something sugary and laying down for a little while. It’s harder to feel them when we are active
