What can I do to help severe morning sickness?

I’m begging everyone on glow please help me I’m having such bad morning sickness it’s horrible I can’t keep anything down at all lately. My ob gave me phenogan for the nausea but I feel like it makes me more sick

Zofran ODT, which dissolves under the tongue, is the only thing that has ever helped me through my pregnancies. I take one while lying in bed and wait 20 minutes to get up. I then start with a small meal and water (something that would be easy to throw up). I snack constantly in between meals, stay hydrated and try not get down on myself. If you need fluids, go get them. It sucks but hopefully it’ll pass soon. Good luck, Momma.

I was like this until 14w with this baby. We tried several meds. I also had to go to an infusion center and get fluids if I wasn’t keeping anything down for 24hr. Phenergan was what ended up helping me some but for others it’s something different. Your doctor will help you find something that works- nothing will be perfect but something should be able to offer you some relief. I hope you get that relief soon. I know it’s miserable. ♥️ ((Hugs))

I found eating dry crackers before getting out of bed helped me but I also has anti sickness tablets because I couldn't keep water down

That was me all the way, I use your keep pretzels by my bed and I would eat some before I even sat up in the morning..I also figure out I could not smell food being cooked..at all....while food was being cooked I would have to go upstairs shit the door cover the bottom of the door with a towel light a candle..and let the house air out then I would eat..it was the only way cooking food made me sick and I wouldn't eat the rest of the night. Just throw up.
