I think I miscarried without knowing I was pregnant...

I’m on the pill and am horrible at taking it... I know I know... I should try another alternative but I haven’t sooo I missed 5 pills when my doctor would not refill my script unless I made an appt YET they had no appts for 5 days out... so I did have sex twice in those 5 days and some got inside... long story short 2 months later maybe little longer I started bleeding and not on my period pill week... it was after that week (i didn’t bleed at all during the period pill week) I bled for over 3 weeks, clots, red, pink even brown... I went and had some blood work but they can’t do a papsmear until next week... I’m so anxious... could I have miscarried?? Also I had cramps every single day all day and lower back pain... my regular period is usually 2-3 days... I’m nervous it could be that or who knows what! Just wish I could get this doctor appt ASAP but they have to order an ultrasound and possible biopsy... I’ve never been pregnant or miscarried... Would the doctor be able to tell? Any advice helps ... thank you so much ♥️
