Teething and diarrhea?

So my son has been teething since about Wednesday, he has had diarrhea everyday since. Mild fever eating like normal though. I've gotten mixed reactions to if this is normal or get to dr asap any moms out there with the same problem or experience?

Teething can do all sorts 🙁 if he's eating ok and seems ok in himself then I'd say he'll be ok but if it continues then to get checked out x
