Impossible to say. It could be any of those dates in April realistically and possible even the very end of March. Sperm can live in the Fallopian tubes for several days so unless you only had sex once, it’s impossible to determine which occasion you conceived on as the sperm from all the times you had sex will have been waiting to fertilise the egg when it was released. Conception doesn’t happen straight away and it’s often days later :) x
