pregnancy hemorrhoids?!??

so i believe i have hemorrhoids, im 8 months pregnant. it is sticking out and won’t go in. it hurts more than anything. is it okay to use any hemorrhoid cream? what can i do to fix this i can’t take it anymore

I’ve been dealing with these for years. I take a daily probiotic. Don’t strain to hard when going poo. Epsom salt and baking soda baths help with discomfort and swelling. Witch hazel/ tucks pads. You can wrap some ice in a soft cloth and ice the area. I have cream prescribed by my midwives for when they get bad at the end of pregnancy. And it’s in my birthplan for my midwife to put a warm compress on them while pushing so they don’t get worse. Hope this helps. :)

I use the preperation h cream with an applicator top and the wipes. With my third pregnancy had to see a specialist 😖

Unfortunately, you can’t do anything to make them go away. A lot of people say theirs go away after the baby is born and all that pressure is gone, but I had to have mine banded and removed several months after pregnancy. I highly recommended Preparation H suppositories, ointment, and wipes. Also, epsom salt baths. Good luck!
