Possible UTI or just baby??

I’ve never had one before. I’m 22 weeks pregnant. My lower pelvic area feels sore. Only when I’m moving around not really sitting ( sort of feels like a sore muscle if that makes sense) and sometimes when I go to the bathroom it almost feels like a Charlie horse cramp. But not every time? I had this a few days ago and then it came back today. Is this a UTI or is baby just Sitting on my bladder and making me sore? I always thought a UTI burned when you went to the bathroom. This is not what I am experiencing- but again never have had one before. Please help! Also if it is UTI would I go to my OBGYN or just my regular doctor?
