Weight loss journey
I have been dieting very diligently for the last 6 months and I’m 24 lbs down.
I started trying to lose weight over a year ago. And finally found something that’s working for me. I quit going to the gym, but continued counting calories and eating lighter more nutritious meals.
Here are my results so far 🥰 15 more pounds and I will be at my goal weight of 150.
