Potty Training Regression

Hello, my two year is potty trained and tells me when she has to go. She stays dry all night or wakes up and goes to the bathroom. Well this past week my husband deployed and since he's left she is having accidents left and right. I am losing my mind with all the accidents, I thought we move past that. Her last accident was over a month ago and she's really good with telling me.

How do I get her back on track? I know it's normal to regress especially with big changes such as a deployment but I never had this problem with my eldest.
