Advice weight
Ok so I joined slimming world, loving it so far, I'm eating healthier, I'm not indulging in any foods o shouldn't. As far as diet is concerned I have been really good. I've been to the gym twice this week, I'm walking everywhere trying to do about 7000 steps a day roughly, going on jogs. How am I not shifting weight, in fact I'm up 1lb and 1/4. I'm baffled. Any advice from anyone would be gladly appreciated.
