he lost feelings :/ i need advice please

i have only been in two relationships and in both, the guy lost feelings. they said repeatedly that it was not my fault and had nothing to do with me, but it happened twice already. is it my fault am i doing something wrong? it was the exact same scenario with both: everything was perfect no arguing no cheating nothing bad, didn’t see me for 3 days and suddenly “lost feelings.” my second boyfriend broke up with me friday with that reason. i don’t understand what i’m doing wrong
