Diarrhea for 3-4 days in 2nd Tri... normal?

I know, TMI... but I need to know because it seems no matter what I eat I end up having diarrhea. This has gone on since last Wed/Thur....

It can be. Your hormones mess with a lot. Including your digestive system. When I was pregnant in my 1st and 3rd trimester, I’d have one bout of going 2-3 days without going to the bathroom. Then all of the sudden in the middle of the night, wake up to horrible cramps and have diarrhea twice that day. Just make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated. Eat crackers, plain toast, and applesauce. Also, make sure that the prenatal that’s you’re taking doesn’t have a stool softener in it. Some of them do because of the increase in iron causes women to get constipated.
