I’ve been struggling with some weight gain. I’m 5’1ish and usually sit between 110 and 115 lbs. In the past few months, my weight has crept up to 128😬 I’m very small boned so to me, that’s a lot. I’ve always struggled with high social anxiety and low confidence. A couple of weeks ago, I really started hitting the gym and aiming to walk about 7,000 -10,000 steps per day. I eat clean and increased my water intake greatly. Today I’m at 122 lbs! My goal in 115. I usually don’t post much but I’m really proud. This has helped me physically and mentally:)
