Need Advice!

Help!!! I need some advice on telling my friend some bad news. So with me finding out I am pregnant recently, (9w3d) - I am supposed to be in my friends wedding in November. Well I am also due in November, and personally being 9 months pregnant and in a wedding party is fun for no one. How can I break it to her without upsetting her? I know it’s her special day, I just don’t want to ruin anything with how huge I’ll be or not being able to really help out as a bridesmaid. We haven’t announced the pregnancy to anyone, but our parents, and don’t want to announce until 12-14 weeks. I also don’t want to string her along or make it hard for her to fill my place.
