Period or pregnant?

I have not been on birth control for a while, & my boyfriend & I had sex multiple times while ovulating. That was 1.5 weeks ago, my last period was 2 weeks ago. I spotted VERY lightly Friday, I bled not heavily, but not super light Saturday & Sunday. Then Monday (today) I barely spotted again. I have been having crazy mood swings, nausea, cravings & my breasts hurt. Things that don’t normally happen during my periods. However, my pregnancy test is negative. Just too early to tell? Or am I making this up in my head? 😅
