Insight please. Irregular spotting & bleeding. Scared.

I started spotting a couple of times a day nine days after my last period. I have about seven days until my next period. I have been under an extreme amount of stress, not sleeping well, can’t eat and dealing with diarrhea from stress. I’m not sure if any of that could be the cause, or if my cycle is out of whack.

I’ve had two periods in a month in the past, for about a decade now whenever a highly stressful situation arises or if I have ovarian cysts.

I was diagnosed with a very small uterine fibroid last year due to a side effect of a medication.

I’m also not sure if any medications or coming off of any medications would cause this type of spotting as a side effect.
