HELPPP PLEASE

I really need some help! Like badly I’m freaking out,

My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for 7 months now and he has a lump under the skin next to his penis on the groin area, it’s not painful unless you push down on it. He didn’t have it before me and him met, could it be from me? Its harmless but he has only recently been freaking out about it and researching it.

All the research claims it’s cancer!

Has anyone experienced anything like this before? If so please help us?
