Would you recommend the progesterone only arm implant to protect against pregnancy?

I am debating whether to have the progesterone injection or the progesterone arm implant, I do t want babies for next 4 years either, what are your experiences?

I had the one in my arm for 2yrs and got it taken out cause I would be on my period for months and I would have so many mood swings. I would gets headaches and I also think it mess up my chances of ttc now. I will never do any kind of birth control again in my life. But birth control reacts different for everybody. You'll have to try it for yourself and see how it goes.

I’ve had the arm implant for 4 1/2 years (currently on my second implant), and overall I love it!! It’s the most effective method available (aside from abstinence) at 99.9% effective. I do NOT recommend the injection/shot at all!!... it’s the most toxic method for ur body, especially when used long term.

I have never tried them,  but I have Kyleena IUD and it’s also most effective and I love it.
