Successful pregnancies weighing over 300lbs

Hello! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year in that year we have suffered two miscarriages I do have mild pcos and my cycles have been all over the place my doctor is amazing and said her #1 goal is to get me pregnant she has never mentioned my weight but I know it’s causing problems. No matter what I do I can’t seem to lose weight and if I do lose it it comes back. I took a round of letrozole to help me ovulate and am on 3dpo and praying for a pregnancy but I’m so scared. Has anyone had success with full term pregnancies and weighing over 300lbs.
