Im scared bby#3

My boyfriend and i are thinking of going from 2 babies to 3 after August. Were thinking of ttc then. But im scared :( both my boys were delivered via csection but scared to be cut again. Scared of a third csection. My youngest is almost 2 years old. My blood pressure is what pushes for an early delivery also possible pre-eclampsia. I know everyone goes through struggles and someone is probably going through worse than me. Mine is probably a piece of cake. Why am I nervous of 3+ babies? I honestly do want more.
