Tips/advise?
My dr just called and told me she’s going to diagnose me with GD. She told me to check my blood sugar 4x a day and is setting me up an appointment with a nutritionist for next week. Are there any tips/advise for getting through the rest of my pregnancy with GD? I feel so bummed and embarrassed I have it. What are your favorite things to eat/make? What are the big things to not eat? Thank you!😔
