Cutting out the sugar
So I’m shocked I got gestational diabetes as everyone would be I guess but I was already controlling my sugar intake and now I get told I have gestational diabetes and to get my diet under control when I thought I was already good . I don’t eat lollies or drink soft drink I’ll have the occasional chocolate snack but I know my portion sizes are fair I’m finding this so hard to cut out even more sugar I’m basically left with cutting out sugar completely but sugar is in so many things 😭 any advice? It’s been two days and not once I’m starting to get the headaches from not having sugar I guess but oh my god this is hard 😂
