Care.com problems

I created a care.com account a few years ago. Yesterday I logged in for the first time in over a year, updated my information and paid for a membership. I messaged a handful of people (they only allow 5 a day) that I wanted to interview as a new date night sitter. I got 2 responses and I replied back. This morning I attempted to upload a photo, and it was denied.

Then, about an hour later my account was terminated. No response, warning or reason given. I emailed and called and got a response that they can terminate for ANY reason, and they don't have to tell you the reason. I looked over their possible reasons and none apply to me. They also threw in that I cannot make another account. I googled it, and many other people have had the same experience with care.com.

Where else can I find a sitter???
