introducing whole milk??

so i heard im supposed to wait till 1 year to introduce it to her but i need help on how to introduce it to her ??? and how do i get her to drink cold milk right out of the fridge so i dont have to warm it up everytime ??

Gradually start giving it to her like a month before her 1st birthday . I started giving my son 2 oz of whole milk with 6 oz of formula then every week I gradually added a oz so by the time he turns one he’s settled comfortably with the whole milk and it’s not a drastic transition for his belly .. you don’t have to warm it up either and just hope she likes it or slightly warm it up but not completely . My son did mind but after a while he got use to the cold milk . Best of luck to you mama

My daughter had her first oz of cows milk today. She was diagnosed with a dairy allergy around 4 months old, so today she had her allergy test. She passed with flying colors 👏🏻💪🏻🥛🧀 She is breast fed. By the middle of next week she should be drinking cows milk only at daycare.
