4 week old won’t sleep anywhere

Ugh, I’m going crazy, my 4 week old baby won’t sleep anywhere other then on me! I’ve tried waiting until she’s completely asleep and would put her down, she wakes within 15 mins and starts to cry. I swaddled her, I’ve put a T-shirt I’ve worn in the bassinet. I feel like I’ve tried everything!

We both need our sleep at night so I give in and let her sleep with me but this is starting to get ridiculous. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
