Nicu soap and rash

Hi guys! My son was born early at 35w 4d and has to stay in the NICU for a little while. Now it's policy to wash your hands for 3 minutes Everytime you enter the NICU (it's a good idea) but I'm starting to break out on the left wrist/forearm from all the scrubbing I'm doing lol. Is there anyway I can keep this from happening? Do I buy lotion? I don't want to not be able to see my son because I have a "rash"
