I want a baby, he doesn't

So my husband and I agreed on when we would start ttc when we got married. We are a month away from the big day we agreed on and he has been avoiding the subject whenever I bring it up. I finally got him to talk about it as he says that he just doesn't feel ready. I asked him what is making him feel like that and he says he isn't sure. I told him I respect his opinion and feelings. I also said that I don't feel like anyone ever feels perfectly ready to be a parent for the first time.
All I think about is having a baby. Like 24/7 it is on my mind. I get tears in my eyes when the Sunday school children sing in church haha!! It's embarrassing but I just can't help it! I just want a family more than anything! My husband knew that when he married me, but now he says he isn't even sure he wants kids. I don't want to pressure him but I also feel like this should have been told to me a long time ago. What can I do to either ease him along to want to be a father, or show him that it is normal to feel nervous!
